The Auchi polytechnic admission list 2023 | POLYAUCHI Admission list for undergraduate and postgraduate 2022 academic session is out.

The management of the Auchi Polytechnic (POLYAUCHI) wishes to inform all the candidates that applied for admission into the Auchi Polytechnic (AUCHI POLY) names of successful candidates who are offered provisional admission into various programs in the institution for the 2023/2024 academic session has been released.

Applicants can log in to the admission portal and check their admission status.

How to Check Auchi Polytechnic Admission List 2023

Here is a list of how to check the Auchi Polytechnic Admission List 2022:

• Go to the Auchi Poly admission status checking portal at https://auchipoly-online.com/admissionlistcriterialisting.php
• Select your preferred programme of study, i.e. ND.
• Select your department.
• Select your preferred course of study.
• Then finally, click on ‘Check Admission List’ to access your Auchi Poly Admission Status.

All shortlisted candidates are hereby requested as a matter of urgency to upload their 0′ level SSCE results through their individual profile account with any JAMB registration center on or before the stipulated date for Physical Screening.

Things To Note About The Auchi Polytechnic Admission List 2023

• Candidates whose names are on the list are to appear at their department for a physical screening exercise with relevant credentials scheduled.
• if cleared proceed to accept the offer of admission online and follow the procedure for payment of admin charges.
• Then Proceed to register for your courses online.
• Then print copies of the registration form and submit two(2) copies to your school officer. Your admission will be canceled if you are not registered within two(2) weeks.
• All admitted students are required to accept the admission and pay Administrative charges. All New and Returning Students are required to log in to the students’ Control Panel, Print, and Fill out the Tertiary Institution Social Health Insurance Programme (Print Form) and submit the same to Auchi Poly Cottage Hospital.
• All successfully admitted candidates should log in to the JAMB CAPS website, and click” ACCEPT” or “REJECT” to indicate acceptance or rejection of the admission offer. 

Beware of fraudsters parading themselves as Auchi Polytechnic MIS staff.Auchi Poly MIS will never ask any candidate or student to pay money for admission, correction of errors in acceptance, registration, or results processing and will not request you to call any staff.

You can also check your admission status on the JAMB admission status checking portal by following the procedure outlined below:

• Go to the JAMB E-Facility website at  jamb.gov.ng/efacility/.
• Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
• Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
• Select your Exam year and Enter your registration number in the required columns.
• Finally, click on ‘Check Admission Status‘ to access your AUCHI POLY admission status.

FOR PHYSICAL SCREENING, POLYAUCHI CANDIDATES MUST COME ALONG WITH THE FOLLOWING CREDENTIALS:

• Online screening slip
• Physical screening invitation letter
• Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
• O’level Results of not more than 2 sittings
• Scratch card PIN for (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, GRADE II) or Original Certificates
• Indigene Letters
• As well as NCE/NDE/IJMB for Direct Entry Candidates.
