School of Post Basic (SOPB) Critical Care Nursing, University of Abuja Teaching Hospital (UATH), Abuja

The University of Abuja Teaching Hospital is located in Gwagwalada in the Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria. It is a 520 – bed hospital with a facility for expansion to 800 beds.

The School of Post-Basic Critical Care Nursing, University of Abuja Teaching Hospital, Gwagwalada-Abuja, is now selling the application forms for admission into its Post Basic Critical Care Nursing programme for the 2022/2023 academic session.

UATH School Of Post Basic Critical Care Nursing Admission Requirements 2022/2023

Applications are opened to all qualified NURSES for admission into the School of Post Basic Critical Care Nursing, University of Abuja Teaching Hospital, Gwagwalada-Abuja for the 2022/2023 ACADEMIC SESSION. 

Requirement For The Three Years General Nursing Programmes

A. General Nursing Programme Admission Requirements: 

• Candidates for admission into the General Nursing Programme of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria must posses the Senior Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent with five credits to include English Language and either Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Health Science at not more than 2 sittings. B. Post-Basic Nursing Midwifery Programme Admission Requirements:

• The Candidate must be a Registered Nurse, Five (5) O’ Level Credits not more than two sittings, and must also meet all institutional Requirements. Duration of Training: Two Calendar Years. • The Management of the school hereby informs the general public on the sales of the general Nursing Admission form into the School of Nursing. How to Apply for UATH Post Basic Critical Care Nursing Admission Form

1. The application form can be obtained at the school complex OR online.
2. The interested applicant will pay a non-refundable application fee of SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NAIRA ONLY (N7,200) through REMITA and N200 to FCT NMCC, ACCT NO. 2034009628, FIRST BANK.
3. Pay And Fill The UATH Post Basic Critical Care Nursing Admission Form Online
   • Go to www.remita.net
   • Click on “Pay TSA & State, then ‘Pay Federal Government of Nigeria’. 
   • The name of MDA is U.A.T.H. Name of service is IGR (Internally Generated Revenue).
   • Input Applicant’s full name, email, and phone number. Confirm the transaction and proceed to payment.
   • Copy the RRR number that will be displayed.  Take to any commercial bank and pay for the form.
   • Scan the remita receipt/print out from the bank and bank teller together. Proceed to www.uath.gov.ng to fill out the application form while following the instructions accordingly. 

   NOTE THIS: The sale of forms ends on the 16th of May 2023.
